Happy Valentine's Day - Roasted Salmon, Jean Paul Hévin's Chocolates and Cake, and flowers.

A simple roasted salmon, cherry tomatoes, green and black kalamata olives,  capers, baies roses, fleur de sel and black pepper...served with bulgur and a simple celery rave/red cabbage coleslaw(I just added mayonnaise and dijon mustard).
 

for our dessert..

I did not bake yesterday  so we visited our favorite Jean Paul Hévin Chocolate Shop in Paris  and  bought Grand Palais Royal cake,  some chocolate candies "Carrré Or Saint-Valentin Edition", chocolate bar "tablette" Taino 70%(new creation) and of course Jean-Paul Hévin's  recipe book.

a "degustation" yesterday  we tasted  the cake(individual) and it's really very good. if you are a dark chocolate lover like me I think you will like it too..
