Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins
Ingredients: (11-12 muffins)
4 eggs
170 grams of sugar
lemon zest of 2 lemons plus 1 tbsp. lemon juice
110 grams fresh liquid cream(creme fleurette fraiche)
70 grams of butter (melted)
200 grams of flour
2 grams of salt
half sachet of baking powder
a pinch of baking soda
20 grams of poppy seeds(pavot)
bake: 180 C for the first 5 minutes then 160 C for 15 minutes
