Baguette Parisienne






Ingredients:

20 cl.(ml)  lukewarm water + 7 grams dried yeast


500 grams flour (T55 or T65)
10 grams fine  salt
25 cl(25ml) lukewarm water

50 grams extra flour for dusting

baking time (first 10 minutes @ 220 celsius and then 15 minutes  @ 200 celsius
