Ingredients: (11-12 muffins)

4 eggs
170 grams of  sugar
lemon zest of 2 lemons plus 1 tbsp. lemon juice
110 grams fresh liquid cream(creme fleurette fraiche)
70 grams of butter (melted)

200 grams of flour
2 grams of salt
half sachet of baking powder
a pinch of baking soda
20 grams of poppy seeds(pavot)

bake: 180 C for the first 5 minutes then 160 C for 15 minutes

Cookies(with chocolate or dried cranberries)

70 grams of sugar
1 sachet sugar/vanilla powder
200 grams of flour
80 grams of  butter
1/2 tsp. salt
a pinch of baking soda
1/2 sachet of baking powder(1 tsp.)
1 whole egg

half a cup of dark chocolate bar (chopped) or dried cranberries

Ingredients:


125 grams of  flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sachet sugar/vanilla powder
3 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp butter
330 ml or 33 cl of milk
20 ml water 2 cl of water
2  tbsp. kirsch or rum


2 tbsp of butter for frying
