Ingredients:
Endives(Chicory), fresh cream/créme liquide, jambom cuit sans nitrite or jambon blanc(ham nitrate-free), gruyere cheese or parmesan cheese, salt pepper
... steam endives then wrap around with ham/jambon , arrange them in a baking tray, pour the créme liquid/fresh cream, gruyere or parmesan, cheese sprinkle salt and pepper then place in the oven for 15 minutes 220 degree celsius. Serve with " purée de pois cassés"
